USGBC Sued for “deceiving users” on Energy Savings

The United States Green Building Council (USGBC) is being sued under the Lanham and Sherman Antitrust Acts for “deceiving users” about the energy savings of LEED certified buildings.  The lawsuit was brought in the Southern District of New York by Henry Gifford, a well-known critic of USGBC and LEED.
